Cannot fault Whiteboard Car Sales in any way. My daughter way buying her first car and wanted somebody honest and genuine to deal with and Whiteboard Car Sales were just that. Whiteboard happened to have the exact car she was looking for. Communication was excellent throughout. Responses to any questions were answered instantly. Couldn't have gone out of their way to be more helpful. Can highly recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future.

Absolutely shocking experience Tried to buy a car from this dealer for four weeks and was constantly told different delivery dates What a waste of my time, can’t understand why a car salesman doesn’t want to sell his car

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. We pride ourselves on customer excellence and disappointed on this occasion we could not get the car to you on time. All our stock has to be 100% showroom ready and we had an issue with this car that took the workshop longer to fix than anticipated. We tried our best to meet the deadline and I would have loved to have sold you the car but we needed it to be completely fixed and ready. I am glad you sourced another vehicle and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience we caused.

Whiteboard made the whole experience of buying a car incredibly easy; from the initial viewing, they demonstrated a great understanding of MINIs and ensured a high level of service (including delivering the car and offering the option of a warranty). 100% genuine guy, I’ve bought almost 60 cars over the last 25 years and can honestly say this experience is one of the most plesent! This guy can’t do enough to make your buying experience second to none. Highly recommend you forget the other cars and buy from whiteboard!!!!!
