I recently purchased a car from Chris at Whiteboard Car Sales and had a great experience from start to finish. Whiteboard is a small, independent business run by Chris who is a trustworthy and experienced car dealer so you get a friendly and personalised service vs the big commercial car dealership chains. Initially I was unsure as I was planning to buy from a big dealership but my experience dealing with Chris showed me that buying through a smaller seller offered much more flexibility & benefits to focus on what was important to me in terms of both the car itself & the service. Chris was very honest to deal with and stuck to his word throughout. The car was in top condition & Chris made sure it had a new MOT & even got some extra parts changed for me so I wouldn’t have to pay for it later down the line. He even offered try and find a way to deliver to me during lockdown & helped me sort out the tax too! Overall, Chris was a pleasure to deal with & I would 100% recommend!

Chris was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact through to collecting the car. Living a considerable distance away it wasn’t easy to pop around and view the car but Chris gave us an honest and forthright appraisal over the phone and offered to refund our deposit should the vehicle disappoint in any way.
